Fees:

Flat rates:

The majority of our services are billed at a flat rate for complete application handling, including

• A full assessment of the situation based on information provided
• Drafting of forms, letters and other documentation as required
• Assembly and submission of complete application packages
• Acting as 3rd party representative (if desired) and related communication with immigration authorities
• Ongoing communication with and guidance to company and employee throughout the application process

Flat rates vary by application type and may be billed in installments.
Our flat rates do not include processing or other fees charged by Citizenship & Immigration Canada or any Provincial Nominee Program.

Hourly rates:
Services not covered by a flat rate are billed at an hourly rate of $175 CAD.

Workshops:
Our Canadian Immigration Basics Workshop costs $500 per person and includes

• 3-hour workshop
• detailed reference guide
• 1 hour of complimentary consulting services

Special projects, in-house workshops, presentations etc. will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

All fees are subject to GST or HST as applicable by Province.
